 Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags and packaging when possible.

Return shipping is free for eligible returns. No restocking fee applies.

To start a return, contact support@stichusa.com with your order number and the item you want to return. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return label. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow your bank or card issuer additional processing time after the refund is submitted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can review and make it right.

Exchanges: The fastest way to get the size or item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Preorders: A preorder can be cancelled before it has been prepared for fulfillment or shipped under our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy. After delivery, eligible items follow this Return and Refund Policy.
