Processing and fulfillment
Orders are processed on business days after payment is confirmed. In-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days unless the product page or checkout states otherwise.
Preorder items ship after inventory is received, inspected, and prepared for fulfillment. Any preorder shipping timing shown on the product page, checkout, or order update is an estimate. If timing changes, we will notify you and provide the option to continue waiting or cancel before shipment for a prompt refund.
United States shipping
Standard Shipping (5-8 business days): Free
Express Shipping (1-3 business days): $9.99
Delivery estimates begin after the order ships and do not include order processing time or preorder wait time.
International shipping
International shipping may be available to eligible countries at checkout. Rates, duties, taxes, and fees, if applicable, are calculated at checkout. Product and destination restrictions may apply, and some preorder products may not be available internationally.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping delays
Carrier delays, weather, customs, address issues, and other events outside our control may affect delivery. If your order is significantly delayed, contact support@stichusa.com and we will help review the status.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact the carrier first and then email support@stichusa.com so we can help review the shipment details.
