Cancellation policy

Preorder and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

 

Preorders reserve an item before it is ready to ship. Payment is collected at checkout unless the checkout or product page states otherwise.

 

You may cancel a preorder any time before the order has been prepared for fulfillment or shipped by contacting support@stichusa.com with your order number. If the order is eligible for cancellation, we will cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method.

 

Preorder shipping dates are estimates based on production, delivery, and quality inspection. If a preorder is delayed beyond the shipping timing communicated at checkout or in an order update, we will notify you and provide the option to continue waiting or cancel for a prompt refund.

 

After a preorder has been fulfilled or shipped, it is no longer cancellable. Delivered items are covered by our Return and Refund Policy.

 

If we are unable to fulfill a preorder, we will cancel the order and refund the affected item or items.
